Impact Solar signs deal with Big C Supercenter to install 16 MW of solar rooftop systems

Impact Solar Limited, a one-stop-service solar rooftop provider, has signed a contract with Big C Supercenter Public Company Limited, to install solar rooftop systems for Big C stores located across Thailand with a total installed capacity of 16 MW. The program is financially supported by JCM (Joint Crediting Mechanism), a program led by the Ministry of Environment under the Government of Japan, which grants financing to green projects all around the world. Once 16 MW has successfully been installed, Big C is expected to be able to generate 21,673,863 units of electricity annually while simultaneously reducing 6,913 metric tons per year of carbon dioxide.
